38 year old Chad Basford was arrested for his 5th DUI charge. Perhaps he got bored with his DUI charges in automobiles because his 4th & 5th one were in golf carts! Now you might wonder how someone gets a DUI in a golf cart? Chad was found passed out in the golf cart, allegedly drunk near Spanish Springs in The Villages on El Camino Real. In 2014 he was arrested in a golf cart for running a red light. Too bad suspending his license won’t keep him off the road!
